The remuneration for the work is either in accordance with the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG) or is freely agreed. In case of free agreement, time or flat-rate fees are possible. The amount of the fee depends on the amount in dispute and the scope of the activity.

Under certain circumstances, the costs for our assignment will also be covered for you. This is regularly done in the following cases:
If they have legal protection insurance, the insurance company usually covers the costs of a lawyer. Whether this is the case in your individual case depends on which insurance contract you have chosen. Many contracts exclude certain areas of law or include an excess.
If you are not sure whether your insurance will cover the costs, please contact us. We will check your policy and make a cover request to the insurance company. For this we need the name of your insurance company and your insurance number. The cover request by us is free of charge. Only in the case of more extensive, disputed disputes with the insurance company regarding your case do we have to charge costs according to the Lawyers’ Fees Act.
Everyone should have the opportunity to receive competent legal advice or representation. For people with no or low income, the law therefore provides for legal aid and counselling assistance. If this is granted, the costs of a lawyer will be borne in full or in part by the state.
